Hi, 1 blindref;

In going through these pictures, of old S&W N frame revolvers, I noticed the picture you posted on page 2, post 59, of your .38/44 HD. You gave its shipping date as April 14 1930, during the second week of the HD's production. Mine, the one I've posted elsewhere in this thread was shipped 4/26/1930, 12 days later than yours. I thought I'd offer that, bit of information.

Thank you Skysoldier for reviving this old thread. Unfortunately I started kicking my posterior again for selling my previous entry here (sellers remorse). But here is an early 50's pre-27 with original box et al. I learned my lesson, I hope, and this one is staying home with me.
