Not too long ago somebody told me, maybe on this forum, that if you want something you should buy it, no matter how bad the condition. Because at least then you will have one, rather than wishing you had one. Or something like that.
So now I have a Ladysmith.
And the condition isn't too bad.
Roy says it shipped in May 0f 1910.
This photo is just for fun.

That's not bad looking at all. If you Flitz the gun you will find that the exposed metal will shine up and look about like the nickel. The barrel and that one side of the cylinder will come close to matching the rest of the gun. I discovered this while fiddling with an old nickel hand ejector. When I got done I thought I was holding a different gun.
Nice find. Looks original finish 3rd model. Condition wise, that is better than 95% of them I've seen. I just sold my 3rd model target Ladysmith at the Tulsa gun show to a well known collector.
That one is in better than average condition and Dr.B is correct a little elbow work with Flitz or Mothers Mag will greatly improve the looks. Also the forcing cone is still intact unlike mine and a lot of others enjoy.
