Who you callin' old, boy? Its not possible for any 44 mag advertising to be "old". Its all younger than me, so its current.

I know I love my model 29 with the 5" classic deluxe package. The 135.00 price is exactly what i paid for a new model 63 when they came out

Thanks for posting these "old" ads. For $135 today, you might be able to buy the SAT with maybe a bore mop thrown in.

Love it.
But, have to ask .....what is 'shock power'? Don't believe anyone else used that terminology.
And they left out the part about the current factory ammo completely coating the bore and chambers in lead after a few cylinders-full.


They'd have sold more if it came with a Yeti cooler. :-)

All these years I've always thought that the old Smith's have recessed chambers, but they really have "Embedded Headspace" cylinders.
