Help identifying which model revolver I have

I need help identifying which model revolver have.
I have the following information on it:
S&W 357 revolver
6 inch barrel
Hand ejector
Serial Number S 108XXX
FIXED sights

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am confused. That serial would be an N Frame from early 1950s and to my knowledge S&W did not make a fixed sight 357 at that time.

Probably a pre-27 but could also be a first year Highway Patrolman. They started about S107xxx. Chrliebrwn, if so, it will say "Highway Patrolman" on the right side of the barrel.
