They are gouged on the butt. Otherwise, they are is decent shape. 1910-1920 maybe? Value?

No. The stocks from the 1920s didn't have a medallion.
These were used from 1911 until 1919. Some revolvers shipped in 1920 might have had them, using up leftover supply. But by sometime that year they were all gone.

For early K frame revolvers, you can pretty much use the 10 year changeover rule. From roughly 1900 to 1910 the company used non-medallion diamond walnut service stocks on their round butt guns. Square butt concave stocks appeared with the introduction of the Model 1905. They had a dished or concave round top. As Jack states, the gold plated over brass medallion ran from 1910 to 1920. The non-medallion stocks returned in 1920 with round top convex stocks. Lastly, the silver medallion ran from 1930 to around 1940 in a few different sizes and styles. They also overlapped with the first Magna stocks pre-WWII.

There are exceptions to these rules, but it is an easy way to approximate the age of matching serial number stocks & guns. We cannot forget the round butt hard rubber stocks that were available throughout this timeline.

You also asked about value........the 2006 edition of the "Standard Catalog" says $25-50 in fair and good condition. Fast forward a decade, and the prices for these stocks sold on the "big auction site" seem to suggest that something around $90-100 is what people are willing to pay for a set in "good" condition. I would imagine that as the quality increases to "very good" or "excellent," the prices would escalate dramatically.
