Roper style add-on rear target sight adapter (to a non target sighted revolver)
I recall reading, in one of WR's publications, possibly Experiments of a Handgunner" of his add-on rear target sight adapter unit to convert a non-target sighted gun to a target sighted gun with the installation of this adapter that must be gunsmith installed on the frame of the revolver.
I also remember, several years ago, a seller on some auction website selling many of this same style target sight adapter gizmo but by another manufacturer. Nor sure if it was a Marbles or Ideal or other manufacture
Can anyone add clarity to this optional gizmo. e.g. who manufactured these and does anyone have a converted revolver from standard or military sights to target sights ?
Pictures ? Advertisements of this type gizmo.
Sal

Sal, is it the Wondersight you're thinking of?
These are still available: Wondersight « Hollow Point Bullet Mold Service

Wondersight on a Converted .455 to .45 Colt Triple Lock
I really don't like it, but I don't have the fifth screw to replace the one that holds it in place.
