Default K22, 6" blue, Model 14, 6" blue in custom wooden case ?

I ran across a K22, 6" blue, and Model 14, 6" blue. Both are diamond grip. These pistol are above 95% in condition, and the presentation case is custom built. Very high quality work. According to the owner these pistols are matched in weight for target practice. The model 14, does have target trigger, and hammer. I know without pictures,it is hard to estimate a price, but with that said. Give me your best estimate on a fair price. Any help would be apprieated.

A .38 heavy (straight) barrel should be the same weight as a .22 tapered barrel. Wild guess without pictures - offer fair price for guns ($500-600 for M14, more for K22?) for guns, with case tossed in.

Another way of saying the same thing which may be easier to recognize if you're not particularly familiar with these guns is a K-22 with a narrow rib on top of the barrel is (essentially) the same weight/balance as the K-38 with a wide rib.

Ralph Tremaine

As an aside (for the nit-pickers like me), the rib on the wide rib K-22 is also narrower than that on the wide rib K-38. The particulars: The narrow rib on the .22 is approximately .190" at the muzzle---wide rib on the .22--.306"---wide rib on the .38---.545".
