I received this yesterday. SN 421313. Still have to clean it up. Any idea on the shipping date?

...somebody will get closer with the serial number...the single line "Made In USA" address...and the mushroom ejector rod knob should make it between 1922 and 1927 I think...

Serial number 469970, belonging to my brother-in-law, was shipped in March, 1929.

ParadiseRoad's estimate is probably pretty close.
