Very nice !

Looks like a late production OD guessing 1939 by the large R side TM and serial.

Beautiful Outdoorsman!! They are one of my favorite S&W. I have two, one a first year w/ gold bead sight, and the other a little later w/ silver bead sight and humpback hammer. I love to shoot these guns! Great find.Enjoy that new beauty.

That's certainly a nice example! You're going to like it even more when you get to the range with it. Congrats and enjoy,
Jerry

Very nice! My '52 K22 is well used but a fine shooter. It will be going to the range tomorrow along with my new 617 6".

Finally got to my FFL's and looked it over before the 10 days started.

It is in great shape, with a small patch of corrosion on the barrel (looks like a fingerprint). The grips are in extremely nice shape and I had to check---serial number is stamped on the inside, so they are original.

I finally got to bring the Outdoorsman home.

The grips are in excellent shape and numbered to the revolver.

Bluing and metal match the condition of the grips

Except for a nasty patch of pitting on the barrel
