Date on pre 27?
I purchased this pre 27 around 10 years ago. SN s108225. 3.5" barrel. It has been re-blued in its life and appears to have had a cylinder change (no SN). Is it worth restoration cost or continue to shoot and enjoy it? Who are reputable restorer for this job if you were going to have it done?

I say leave it as is, especially if your going to continue shooting it.

Nice 357. I have a blued 3.5" from early 1954 with S/N 106xxx. So I'd say yours is from right around that time as well.

That old girl has had a lot of use. I'd just keeping on shooting
it and enjoy it for what it is.

My 152XXX shipped in 1956. I'd keep it as is. You probably don't have that much in it and it's still very cool.

Restoration won't add any value, and positively will not improve shootability.
