Default Scratched one off the list

So I've been itching for a k-38 masterpiece or m14 for a long time. They apparently weren't popular in my woods, so I went against my own rule and took delivery of one(thanks Rick). A nice 56 or 57 vintage.

Yes, the K38s are nice revolvers, I have two both 1956 models. They're great shooters and I'm sure you will enjoy yours.

Nice find. Awesome action. I have a k38 target masterpiece pre-14 tucked away.

I found some time to take the old girl dancing today, and she 2 steps purdy good. Shot some of my loaded 158 lrn @ 50 yards, not too shabby. Don't ask about that flyer, I have no idea. It wasn't cold bore, just a bad shot.

50 yards huh----NOT TOO SHABBY!! I do so love it when someone uses these things as they were meant to be used----never could understand the pride taken in 15 foot groups shot from a rest.

That flyer marks the spot you place your stapler while photographing it and your thumb while showing the target to friends.
"not too shabby" indeed.

Haha thanks guys. I was resting off the hood of my k5 when shooting. I've got 500 148gr hbwc, I'm gonna work up a load for it.

The M14 was the LAPD's issued weapon back in the 1960s.

Beautiful revolver! Is it the lighting or is that a 'bright' finish?
