Default Military and Police Model of 1905 2nd change?

Hello everyone, new member here with a question on my M&P 38. I believe this is the 1905 2nd change that was most likely reblued? The serial number under the barrel has the letter "B" at the begining. I don't know if that was for barrel work or reblue. No other markings under grips. Any help would be appreciated.

...the "B" indicates it was blue originally from the factory...looks now like the hammer and trigger are blue which indicates a refinish...they would have case hardened colors from the factory...nice revolver though...I like the six inch M&Ps...I have one with target sights...welcome to the forum...

Thanks, Paradiseroad. I figured it was refinished at some point. Besides the hammer and trigger, it looks like they did a nice job. I shot a box of 158 gr swc the other day and it shoots nice, locks up is tight too.

It appears, by the stocks, it was used the same way my Model of the 1905 4th change was used to hammer things. I have heard all kinds of stories like cracking pecans, tacking up wanted posters in the post office, stringing fence wire. tooth marks from busting people in the mouth and etc.
