4 pre 29 5 screw 6 1/2 inch value
guys i know i need pictures.saturday or monday.
My lgs has 4 pre 29 6 1/2 inch 1st or second year production.all of these guns are from a lifetime collector who collected anything nice, and high quality.
One gun has all factory items 9 row knurled screwdriver, mop rod,gun is maybe test fired. The inside
cloth of box looks like new.No tears, rips,or wear. This gun as factory letter from a gentleman dated 1975.
It looks like the guy was the historian before mr.jenks.
one pre 29,61/2 black screwdriver, i would say 95 to 96 %.slight turn ring.
One pre 29 ,same as above.no tools
0ne pre 29 same as above.all have the black boxes, and out side and inside look good.no tools
The first gun i listed ,has a box that looks new,and interior that looks new.
I have spent a day looking at every forum, discussion site, and figured i will end day by asking experts.
What is a fair market value of these guns?

Pics are a must for an accurate appraisal. Also the difference in value between a 5-screw and 4-screw can be very different.

You probably saw the recent discussion concerning the Coke Grips.
Having or not having and condition of the original Grips can make a huge difference is the value of theses guns.

The first 44 Magnum package, assuming all is 99 percent or better as you described it would be valued at at $6,000 to $7,500 and possibly more in the right auction. The ones at 95 percent would be in the $3,500 to $5,000 range.

Holy Cow!
Wow, that's a goldmine of early .44 Magnums! Where the heck are you located? That many .44s in excellent condition with boxes and tools in one place is almost unheard of- but they may have come from the estate of a savvy collector. As previously stated, prices will depend on 4- or 5-screw, CB stocks, etc. The boxes and tools themselves are worth a small fortune. Pics are a must. We'll be anxiously awaiting your next post.

All have flawless coke grips, and the boxes are mint outside.and the inside are like new no tears,to a little tear on one by the hammer.
2 have a slight turn ring, one is through blue. One is so thin ,it is not blue.
I had thought there was a big drop off from 4 inch to 6 1/2.
Which held me off the 33 to 3700 price range.
The cokes are flawless, the blue is great at least 97 98%,and a slight turn line.
One gun looks new ,has all 4 cleaning items, and the turn line is absent.the inside cloth is perfect, and the outside box looks 99 %.nickle 9 row screw driver, mop, rod brush.I think i am going get that one
That gun has a letter from smith wesson who was historian before mr.jenks.
Pictures will be here monday,or i might go over today, but store is is a madhouse on weekends.
All of these guns came a from a lifetime collector.

The 99% 29 6 1/2 inch has all 4 original cleaning items.
I bought 6 sig 210-5-9 Long slide heavy frame target pistols. All new, with black swiss box's,all papers and tools.Unfired.
2 sig 210-5 heavy frame target guns. all items from factory .new black swiss san box
2 sig 210-59 LS heavy frame target guns with the compensator on end.
There is a new old stock 57 in wood box.6inch.unfired
Only 100 of these made. This one has hammerli on side,so it is from the 70's.
All my gun fund cash was spent on these sigs and the 38-44 outdoorsman i talked about in other thread,so i will use a cc card to get the lnib 29.That gun has a letter from the smith wesson historian before mr.jernks, who wrote a letter in 1975
I have not even got to the pre64 rifles, the diana and pigeon grade guns. There are 20 model 21 guns.
Really overwhelming guys.
