If the parts were from a .32, and the stocks fit the frame, it was likely a .32 Regulation Police. If so, the serial number dates it to sometime in the 1910 decade. With a round butt grip frame, a .32 Hand Ejector with the same date. The same number appears to be stamped on the rear cylinder face.
Someone who is much more familiar with the internal parts may give you more specific information. Hope this is helpful.
