Default Trying to identify my parts

I'm hoping one of you can tell me to what pistol these parts belong. The barrel is 2" long and says Wesson on one side because someone somewhere in time cut the end off. The bottom, on a flat surface, has a backwards "E" and then what I presume is the serial number 309231. Grooves and bore finish are nice as are the rest of what I have. The bag was listed as .32 S&W and that seems to match the barrel and cylinder. I don't see any other markings but if someone feels that there should be I will look some more.

Thanks for your help.

If the parts were from a .32, and the stocks fit the frame, it was likely a .32 Regulation Police. If so, the serial number dates it to sometime in the 1910 decade. With a round butt grip frame, a .32 Hand Ejector with the same date. The same number appears to be stamped on the rear cylinder face.

Someone who is much more familiar with the internal parts may give you more specific information. Hope this is helpful.

Welcome to the Forum.

It looks like these parts once belonged to either a pre WW II .32 hand Ejector or a .32 Regulation Police.
