Is there a serial number stamped inside of the shroud?
Pictures would help.

It's probably a .44HE 2nd model in .455 caliber, however what's the first patent date? If it's a T-Lock the 1st date will be 3/27/1894. If it's a 2nd model, the 1st date will the 10/4/1901. What's the serial number, if any? Ed.

No Serial Number. It's a triple lock. Lock on the shroud and the first patent date is correct.
