Default Competition 1917

This my Smith and Wesson .45 acp 1917 likely built for the pistol matches of the 1960's. It features an arsenal quality parkerization and the addition of adjustable sights. A number of these guns were built at Quantico for matches. Found locally, it is thought this may be one of them. I have added modern S&W grips.

Nice gun, the few 1917 targets that show up original or not have a cool look to them. Make sure we get a range report soon, Larry
