Default Pre-15 Combat Masterpiece?

I've just received this from an elderly friend who wants to dispose of this prior to going to a nursing home.
He says he has had it for a long time but seldom shot it.
Bottom of the grip reads K 119947
Inside of the crane:
7 Z
47023
Under the barrel is K 119947
6 serrations on the backstrap and front.
4" barrel
working on pictures now.

K 119947 would suggest a shipment around the Autumn of 1951.

1951 is the year. 5 Screw target frame with a 4" barrel and ramp front sight. Condition is everything on price/value, but the new SCSW4 lists value at $250 fair, $300 Good, $450 VG, $650 Exec, and $1250 for ANIB.
