Default 1950 Model .44 Military 6.5" blue: Do you have one?

Searching the Forum for info and photos of the 1950 Model .44 Military with 6.5" barrel. I find 4" and 5" examples, but the only 6.5" .44 Military models I can find are TL's, 2nd & 3rd models, and the 1950 .44 Target. No 1950 Military "pre-21" examples.

Please post 'em if ya got 'em!

They're pretty scarce. By the 1950s long barrels on fixed sight firearms marketed for the Military were no long considered preferential; only on target sighted firearms. Eventually that also changed.

.44 Military two-tone 6 1/2" variant, with factory maple stocks and factory target sight blade. I believe this is a smoothbore with choke:

Yes, I have one.
No, I don't have any pictures.
It's currently sitting on my sales table at the S&WCA Symposium for sale.
Message me next week and if it doesn't sell,I'll take some for you.

boatbum101, that's nice enough for me!
I'm _thinking_ about making an attempt to complete a set of 6.5" .44 Military models. I have a TL, 2nd Model, and a 3rd Model WSP - all in fair to shooter condition but mechanically sound and functional. A shooter 1950 Model would round out the collection nicely.

My brace of .44's Militarys:

Tom,

I have a 38/44 Heavy Duty that was shipped to the Mexican Hardware Co. in El Paso in 1938. I think of it as my "El Paso" HD. Curious as to why you refer to your Triple Lock as an "El Paso". Could it be it was shipped there in 1916?

Yep, it shipped to W.G. Walz Company, El Paso, TX on November 14, 1916. W.G. Walz Co. was a purveyor of Mexican curios and a general dry goods store.
