Buying a (as described) M&P "C" circa 1948 that is missing the thumb button and retaining nut. Also it has a Pachmayr rubber grip instead of stocks.

Gunpartscorp.com aka Numrich has the button, screw headed nut, and stocks for the M&P - does anyone know if they are correct fort this gun? It isn't a flat latch. The photo shows where the missing parts would belong - my nomenclature may be wrong!

I'm buying it because it is marked with Policia National de Colombia; my wife is from Bogota Colombia and I think it will make a good companion piece for my Model 48 Colombian Madsen Rifle.

You would need a set of "sharp shoulder" magnas to be correct. They show up on eBay occasionally.Let me know if you have trouble finding some, I have a couple of sets for projects of my own, but could help you out.
