Default Victory model with "appropriate" looking magnas

Over the years I've tried many different grips on this re-blued Victory model. The correct issue "stocks" just don't feel good in my hand. Whatever I put on this old girl didn't look anywhere near appropriate ....until.....this pair. They are just old enough (looking) and ugly... to look "right" (sorta). The real bonus is they feel great. They are elk antler "rejects" put to good use now !

I don't see any reason to call those "rejects". They great on that gun!

Very nice!

If you ever "reject" them again I know more than a few here will offer a good home.

Some type of larger, older magna-shape stocks, like these, are perfect for post-war duty Victorys. Quite a few US Victory finishes, especially of guns that shipped under DSC contracts to police departments during the war, show clear evidence of having been fitted with replacement magnas after the war and likely spent decades more on duty like that. See attached picture.
