Default Pre - 29

I've been offered a Pre-29, four screw 6 1/2" non-original stocks,
90%, maybe a bit better, no box, tools or paperwork for $1100. It's a local sale so no postage, transfer etc.
What's the Communities thoughts?

If it!s mechanically good, I'd have to buy it. But be prepared to spend a good amount to get the correct grips.

Yep, I already have a 5 screw pre-29 with cokes I bought 40 years ago ($140) and its at the point I don't even dare look at it anymore, they've escalated so high in price.
