Default K22 five screw, 1947 grip/stock screw

I got my 1947 K22 out for a range trip the other day. Several of us had a great time with her and all was well. Gave her a good cleaning when I got home and decided to put the original walnut stocks on for a change. (It has worn a set of stags since coming to the stable.)
All went well until I put the grip screw in. It is not long enough to reach the far side stock threads. Upon closer inspection it actually looks like the screw may have been handmade for this specific application. The slot on the head is slightly off center, leading me to be pretty confident it is not a S&W part..... So now I need a stock screw for a 1947 vintage K22. I never throw out a good screw, so I've got about 5,000 screws from hundreds of applications, but none of them are what I need. Any advice where to look!
Is there any magic with different screws for different years on the K22, or are they all basically the same?
Thanks in advance for your advice!
Your suggestions will be appreciated.

The one you need is just about any stock screw. Aftermarket grip suppliers did pretty much whatever they pleased. But factory screws for standard or service style grips (Magna's in this case) will work just fine. Try any local gun shop to see if they'll give one up.

eBay usually has grip screws, except most of their sellers sell them only in quantity. If you have a halfway large gun shop in your area, they may have some. Maybe someone here will send you one. They are common.
