Default K38s

Now that I've learned to post pictures, I thought you all might like to see my two (1956) K38s, both refinished at the Factory a few years ago.

That is a right handsome set of twins you got there.
let them take a little walk down to the range.

Yes, they've had many trips to the range. Both excellent shooters. I don't own a S&W revolver that I don't shoot, including my Mod 19-4 CHP commemorative.

You have a beautiful brace of K38s! I have a Model 14-1 (wearing Hogues) for PPC and a 14-4 for bullseye. My Model 17 is at the bottom.

I had a chance to buy a twin of my 17-4 yesterday, but 965+tax seemed rich for a boxed gun, with some grip wear, though it was nice otherwise.
Plus, just one satisfies me now in my old age.I'm beyond notions of being a Josie Wales pistolero, and cross draw holsters. ;-)

CONGRATULATIONS on 2 FINE LOOKING REVOLVERS!!! I have a 14-3, and recently came into a 17-2. Both shoot quite well. Bob
