Default Does size really matter? .22 Perfected Ladysmith compared to 1st Model Schofield

"Beauty and the Beast"

I know the Schofield is an antique, but I have always been amazed at the small size of the .22 Perfected......just had to take a photo of it next to the Schofield.

I was told that S&W often had women assembling these little guns due to their small hand size........not sure if there is truth to that?

If it ain't true, it oughta be. I have two of the M frames. They are like artwork to me.
