K22 4" grips
Came across a 1957 k22 and the grips appear not be original. Does anyone know what they're suppose to look like?

One sold recently at one of the major online auction websites for $455 - however, it appeared to be refinished, had bluing loss at the muzzle, incorrect grips, and some freckling. Others in excellent condition have sold at online auctions for $800. You are most likely somewhere in the middle of that. Although I hope some others will chime in with estimates (which are pretty difficult in the absence of photos - if you could post some, you'd probably get quite a few more precise answers)

IMO Murphydog is in the ball park at $600.
Local markets play a big part in pricing.... and just finding one to buy locally can be an issue.
"Friends and family" pricing could go around $500 for a nice shooter grade like that........ in some markets a LGS pricing would be $650 to 700 with some room to dicker.......
Do the grips have a football cut out on the other/left side?
