Default Identify my gun

No model number, hand ejector, SN 27753, 44 S&W Special,
6-1/2" barrel, fixed sights and five screws.

Welcome! It is a .44 Hand Ejector. Does it have an enclosure for the extractor rod, or just a lockup at the front?

It is a .44 HE second model; both the first and third models had the rod shroud. It is an N or large frame revolver and we really like photos .

1926 production runs from SN 25000 to SN 28500. I show a couple of SNs not far from yours as shipping in 1927. It is a .44 Hand Ejector Second Model.
