I picked these up today. I presume there N Frame but I'm not sure due to not owning any square butt's at the moment. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Boats

Good find!
I've been known to buy a gun to give a nice set of stocks a home.

Congrats.
I'd say you can go one of two ways... sell the stocks or buy a gun they fit.
ETA:
Also, nosey old xxxx like me like pics but also hearing of good buys. Care to share what they cost?

Great score. My main targets at flea markets are various books, but then gun grips and holsters. You did great...if you got them for typical flea market price. But I bet you could triple your investment in the classifieds here.

The serial number on the right panel indicates a 1958-1959 period.
Could be off a 4 screw Model 28-0 and you'll need a second mortgage to buy a nice one to match these stocks.

Not sure if they are K or N frame from the photo, and the stamped SN also fits an early '50s K frame. Is the straight bottom edge 1 3/4" (K) or 1 7/8" (N)?

Terrific find. I recently lost an eBay auction for some used but serviceable N frame diamond magnas. Would have gone on my 27-2. Yours are far better than "serviceable"!
