Default Letter came in on 1938 RM

It took about 2 weeks to get the letter. The letter confirms the details of the gun but unfortunately nothing out of the ordinary on the letter. I'll be requesting more info from the historical society to see if I can hit pay dirt!

This RM has the original finish and has never been back to the factory. It looks like it has been carried and well-cared-for over the years. I picked this up on armslist for $2750. I had $200 into the beautiful Magna grips which did not come with the gun so I'm onto it for about 3k..

So what do y'all think of this? It's my third RM (although I sold the other 2) and I can't wait to shoot it next week. There is just something about shooting an RM that is exciting!

That has some well earned patina! I would not hesitate to shoot it (every weekend).

Good find!
