1917 Commercial letter arrived. Could it be L.A.P.D.?
Was Cline-Cline where the L. A. P. D. Commercial 1917s were shipped?

I had a commercial 1917 that lettered to L.A.P.D.
It was in a group of 25 serial 181398 that shipped May 24, 1930.
I do not remember if it had any additional features.
