There's another couple of documents that references the 44.

I won't steal from Caleb's well deserved limelight, so I'll save that for another thread. Just wanted to show the filled out form and observed that it didn't show the Magnas. Which the more I think on it, explains the way he set up the stocks.

From what I've learned about Marshal "Big Jim" McAlister, I don't think he'd have had a problem with "the highest powered ammunition."

I think these ropers may have finally found their proper home. They were never quite...right on any gun until now.

I need more.

Should get the letters off by tomorrow. I keep forgetting to letter that NRM with the Kearsarge stocks on it. This new RM is the kick in the pants I need to get it done though.

I'm also going to have to sort out a much better arrangement for taking photographs. I'm not as happy with these now that I don't have a greenhouse to take them in. I guess I was kind of cheating with all that bright diffuse light before.
Absolutely gorgeous!

Seems like all the RMs and NRMs were initially sold to folks in Montana. Makes sense that's where they'd show up.
I just need one (right...one's too many and 100 aren't enough).
I guess I'm moving to Montana to look for a Registered Magnum (and raise me up some dental floss)...apologies to Frank Zappa.
