Great items and photography. Most people don't know these items exist. They go back to a time when life was much simpler and more fun.

Glad you occasionally bring these back out for everyone to see. A very cool item from years ago. Were these popular in the 50’s?? Larry

Very cool accessory for a rimfire revolver.
And speaking of revolvers, I'd take another pic or two of that high condition K22!
I always enjoy your posts Bruce.

Great post and pic's! I never saw or heard of these before and as usual, I'm now hunting for another cool item to go with my k22's.

They are pretty scarce. Apparently they were also made in .38 cal, presumably for the K-38 shooters of the day but I have never seen one. Here is mine.

Very nice Walter.
Truly a nice bit of S&W history.
I have heard the comment about a .38 caliber being available in the past, but, I suspect it was a comment you made some time ago when I posted these pics before.
I have never seen one in .38 caliber.
Would love to see the same in .38.
Maybe someone is sitting on that gem and can post a picture.

Hamilton zip set
Bruce, Hi, I am new here evidently, and have joined because it seems you are the only person with info on these things in the entire web. I also have one of the zip sets i inherited and do not have the k frame to go with it. I am trying to figure out value and interest in it and any help would be very welcome. It is the round .22 cal box with the instruction sheet and loader, I would say in excellent condition. thank you
