Ship Year .38 M&P C 41243 ?
Have a .38 M&P sn C 41243 . The Standard Catalog gives a date range of 1948 to 1951 .
Can any of you gentlemen help narrow that down ?

I agree with David. It is probably within the range of guns assembled in 1948, but very easily could have shipped the following year. I show one just a bit higher that left the factory in January, 1949.
