The target hammer was offered at least as early as 1951 for an N-frame revolver, but the target trigger was not available until early 1955. The red ramp and white outline were options as early as 1952, although the earliest red ramps were Blanchard ramps. So, the answer to your question depends on when the revolver was made.

Hello Bill, so, a Nov. 1950 shipped gun would not have any bling at all? And Magna grips. Thank you, Bill

Possibly a target hammer, no more, and Magna stocks.
