PRE 29 4 INCH 5 SCREW
Here's my new to me Pre 29 5 Screw 4 inch. I'm pretty happy with the condition its in. bought it on Gunbroker and seller had great HI DEF pictures posted.

The tooling was changed in mid-56 that cut the grooves in the straps. The ten grooves appeared around serial number S166600. Some 44 Magnums with ten grooves in the straps were shipped several months before the ones with six grooves, even though the frames with six grooves were made and serial numbered earlier. For example, S167025 (ten grooves) was shipped in June 1956, whereas, S153810 (six grooves) was shipped in November 1956.
