Anyone know the general date for this? I have been looking quite a while for one I could afford and was still in decent condition. This one shows a just little wear to finish, no box or papers but locks up tight and shows no real mechanical wear. Hope to get it out to the range tomorrow

Very nice!! Congrats on a nice find. I show serial s305000 to s329999 as a range for 1968-1969. Great time frame to own a gun from. Enjoy! Report back and let us know how she does out at the range. Very accurate I'm sure

Congratulations on the 27! I looked for quite a while, with no luck. Ended up with a 28, 6" no dash. (1960) S2011xx. Not sorry I did! Bob

Ran it out to my range yesterday, it performed flawlessly with 158gr .38 and .357 didn't even have to touch sight adjustments I still have a big smile on my face this morning. Lots of respect for those who carried these daily, it is no featherweight. As I prefer shooting the guns I own, I am pleased I got one in a very nice shooter grade. I plan on shooting this one a lot!

That's a nice one! Looks as though it's hardly been fired.
