Correct box for 4 screw pre M14
I have a real nice 4 screw pre M14 from 1957. Two "T"'s as it letters with magna stocks. Is a solid line blue box correct for this revolver? Thanks, Big Larry

I have two K-38 boxes from that period and yes, the blue box with the solid line is correct. Gold boxes were also still in use at that time (phasing out).

I have a 4 screw model 14 no dash from 1959 and it came with a solid line blue box. So 2 years earlier may have been blue box or it is possible they were still using up the gold boxes. Good luck

Thank you gentlemen. There is a nice one for sale that has a 4" Combat Magnum label on one end, and the box has the original printing on the other end for a 6" K-38. The serial number is a few thousand off from my gun. I think the label will come off. Thanks again. Big Larry
