How many (revolver) models out there have the M&P title???
Other than the Model 10... And, of course, anything made this century...

.38 S&W Spl models of 1902 and 1905 along with 32-20's were known as M&P's starting around 1900.
Very good question.

The model 12, 13, 64 and 65 were all named M & P, with the appropriate extra identifier (Airweight, Stainless, .357).

Going all the way back to 1899, basically any fixed sighted K frame could correctly be referred to as a M&P, as well as a couple of N frames that were given that designation by S&W. On the other hand, the fixed sighted .44's were always referred to as the 'Military' model.

I might add that there were also fixed-sight .22 RF M&P revolvers, the Model 45 and the pre-Model 45. But those are rarely seen and were not cataloged. And also a post-WWII .32 S&W Long fixed sight M&P revolver which was also not cataloged.

What Hand Ejectors were not M&Ps is probably a better question.

What "Fixed Sight" Hand Ejectors were not at one time called M&P?

How about all the I, J, L and nearly all the N frames?

If you took the total number of fixed-sight guns produced within the Military & Police category, including war-time, I think that would likely exceed the numbers produced of all other fixed-sight hand ejector models combined.
(Anyone here with a copy of the SCSW, a calculator, and lots of time and patience, to check whether I’m correct? )
So then you could say the majority of guns were M&P’s, but certainly not the majority of models.
