You are fine. I have to deal with this all the time in my state where things are a little trickier. Unless I'm selling piano keys, I'm subject to ridiculous laws. Apparently a lot of wealthy people own pianos, but not so many own pool cues and ivory-gripped revolvers.
Remember that Federal law supercedes state, even if the state law seems to contradict the Federal. For example, in Washington state I am not allowed to sell ivory, period; however, I can sell it across state lines if it meets the antique requirements, because the Federal law says I can - Washington state has no say. But if I even put antique ivory (or any ivory) up for sale on a Washington state website, they can assume I intend to sell it within the state, and I'm subject to getting thrown in jail.
California is basically the same - don't sell ivory within either state, regardless of age.
