Default K32 Letter

As promised, I posted the 1955 K32 letter request to Roy almost exactly 6 weeks ago just after I bought it and it came in today, not too shabby at all considering 2 of the biggest holidays of the year are mixed in there. Thank you Roy!

Sadly nothing spectacular in the letter, but I thought it interesting that 1) it was a single gun shipment, which I guess isn’t all that surprising given the small numbers produced; and 2) the price difference of 1 cent on my K22 from 1953. The 1953 K22 was $43.65, and the 1955 K32 had increased $43.66...inflation I guess.

BTW the K38 shipped in late 1949 and was billed at $39.69.

So if I understand correctly, the three ribs are three different widths, and are a matching weight set.

Did the K22 letter indicate the .5" target hammer was originally ordered on it? Because if not, I'd swap it out for the original short action "fish hook" hammer. And have a completely matching threesome.
Excellent idea Hondo44...a little simple gunsmithing and they match! Really does make them look better, thanks again for the suggestion.

And as an added bonus, it now fits nicely in the Bianchi holster I bought for it, wouldn’t snap closed with the Target Hammer. All set for a walk in the woods and some plinking!
