Not the best light to take pictures but oh well.

.357 Magnum Pre-27, S168224, shipped April 22nd 1957 4" special order barrel.

At some time its possible that the red insert to the ramp front sight, W/O rear sight, target hammer and trigger may have been added which makes absolutely no difference to me what so ever. In fact I like them.

The grips are not original either and I'm currently looking for something that I like better. They will most likely be Diamond Target grips to go with the hammer and trigger.

I have sent away for a new letter. For one reason or another I prefer having the letter addressed to me and not the previous owner.

Counting the one's listed and numbers of them listed on special orders it looks like about 20 of these were produced. Possibly more.

Pretty impressive for being nearly 63 years old.

Thank you George, this is truly an amazing S&W.

Thank you. I was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time.

I wasn't looking for one because I didn't even know that they existed.
