I no longer track the prewar KGs as closely as I used to, but I would agree with Jim on the likely price range. As I read your description, the figure $2500 jumped into my mind. To justify $3K or above, I would expect less muzzle wear -- maybe only a turn ring on the cylinder and some very minor scratches or pinpricks on the rest of the finish. Imperfect bluing on the ejector rod is to be expected. If the original box -- these are scarce! -- is part of the package, that would push a reasonable price above $3000 even if the gun inside showed fair amounts of wear.
USRA sight: cool. Of all the different sights you could get on this model, the USRA sight is my favorite.
The 532XXX serial numbers mostly shipped in 1939. One in my list shipped in December 1938, and another one languished in the vault until December 1940. If you would be willing to provide me with the full serial number in a personal message, I would like to add it anonymously to my roster of known guns. I estimate that only 1250-1300 Prewar KGs may have been produced. I have serial numbers for about 10 percent of them.
You might want to search the forum archives for the serial number involved. Sometimes specific interesting revolvers were mentioned or discussed when owned by other collectors.
If you are still looking for general information, different forum members have started threads on the early Kit Guns over the years. An archive search should turn them up. Here's one you might find useful that I started nearly seven years ago:
