Default DOS help requested 32 HE
Just got a 32 HE SN: 73642.
Blue Book says it's 2nd mod of 1903 2nd change mfr 1906-1910.
Would appreciate narrowing the ship date.

Probably 1907-08, bracketing the dated SNs I do have.
