Default Revolver I D help

Hello,
Was hoping someone could ID this gun for me. I have had it for years and can’t remember year made or model #. 6 inch barrel, 22 long rifle, adjustable sights, I believe it’s a 5 screw. These are not the correct grips, I do know that. Any guesses as to value?
Thanks!

Well that was fast! Thank you. What kind of grips would have been standard?

Diamond Magna with the sloping shoulder and squared edges at the butt.

The targets shown in your pictures are much too late to go on that revolver. They are from the late 1970s at the earliest.

The upper gun in this pic is a K-38 wearing the correct stocks for your K-22.

The bottom gun is a 5 screw K-38 but it is early enough to still have the sharp shouldered Magna stocks. This pic clearly illustrates the difference.

Also, your K-22 could have shipped with the optional target stocks. But if so, they would have the diamond and would be unrelieved.
