S&W 22/32 Kit Gun
I have a hand ejector, sn# 356xx, 22 LR ctg, 4” barrel, post war adjustable rear sight with 3 screws but has no model #. Can anyone add information on this gun ? Thanks for your time.

It is a .22/32 Kit Gun Model of 1953, that probably shipped in 1958. It would soon after that acquire the Model 34 designation. It is a square butt unit; round butt was also an option.

To the OP: that is a very handsome revolver and you may be very proud of it!
If you should decide to shoot it, please share a little range report and I daresay it will be nicely accurate with chosen ammunition.

It was my uncle’s he passed about 4 yrs ago and I ended up with it. He was also a Korean War Vet. I also have the warranty card in the box. I appreciate all of you sending info on the gun!

And as much as it pains me to admit it, I dare say I too learned something new today. DGNY was entirely correct when he omitted the space between dare and say, and said "daresay" instead of "dare say".
I'll be 85 years old come September-----a looooooooooooong time to be so damn dumb!!
