I actually like that! I think I'd see it better than the red insert. I beleive there are kits available to re-cast the inserts in either color.

I really like that 4" Highway Patrolman of yours. I'd love to have one just like it!
To me, the standard width grooved trigger and the semi-target hammer configuration is the best possible arrangement. And the white outline rear sight slide with your yellow ramp is perfection!
