Info 1903 SW 1903 Hand
I am on this forum to possibility to get an estimated date of it; I do plan on getting a letter once I get the extra money. This firearm is rough but was told that it was still friable from a gunsmith. I believe it does have much on it other then the 32 long colt stamped and serial number on the butt (37107). Maybe a second edition? It has the black grips. And with that being said what ammo brand would be beneficial for this classic. Like I said it’s rough.

Welcome to the Forum.
This revolver is the .32 Hand Ejector Model of 1903-1st Change. The stamping probably sez ".32 Long CTG". CTG is an abbreviation for cartridge. The actual name of the round is the .32 S&W Long and should be available in a well stocked gun store or you can find it online.
The serial number puts it in the 1904-1906 era.

.32 Hand Ejector, Model of 1903, ser. # 37105 was made Jan 4, 1906, as part of a run of 100 plated revolvers. Unless this gun is a family heirloom with sentimental value, I'm not sure a factory letter showing when it was shipped, is worth the cost. Due to the poor condition of the gun it has only minimum value as a shooter, and it may be a good shooter, but it has no collector value, however it's your choice. Ed.

Welcome to the forum!
Like Ed posted above, hardly worth $100 letter since he provided the production date; you won't get that in a letter, only the shipped date. And you can presume it was shipped from the factory within ~ a month or two of being made.

Any standard .32 long loading currently made, just stay away from any 'hot stuff'.

AMMO
Nice ole girl thats been around. Sometimes these can fool ya. Many of them still shoot better than anyone who will ever use them-- as For ammo-- You can load your own, at some point might be awhile, but worth it. Besides the regular loadings, I also load some up in full wadcutter, and some snake shot. #9shot--- The wadcutters are coated and from Missouri Bullets. Sadly they are woefully behind right now. Clean her up gently and use her.

If you don't reload, even my little local gun shop has Fiocchi wad cutters. They are very mild and in my S&W H.E. 5th Change they zip along at about 600 fps.

I’ve used Ford’s refinishing in Florida, and they do excellent work, but it may not be worth the cost, that’s entirely your decision of course. Pull up their website and you can at least look at refinishing costs. They are likely a bit higher than a local might be, but you’ll at least get a ballpark idea of what you’ll have to spend.
A quick search online will provide you many others that do this type work, maybe in your area.
Good luck!

I don't know of any reputable Re-finishers in your area. However one of the best, especially for nickel plating, and not too far away is:
Accurate Plating & Weaponry - Cogan Custom - Professional Gunsmith
5229 County Road 99
Newville, AL 36353
Accurate Plating & Weaponry | Gunsmith In Newville, Alabama
However, you may want to polish it first with Flitz, Semichrome, or Mother's Mag Wheel polish. It will take all the tarnish off and all the blackish corrosion where the nickel has worn thru, blending the bare shiny metal with the remaining nickel plating.
It's amazing how nice it will look. Mine looked much worse than yours:
