WWII VICTORY REVOLVER DATE
Hi Everyone, I recently bought a WWII Victory revolver and I’m trying to get the date of manufacture and any other relevant data.
Serial Number V 377915
5 screw
4 inch barrel

With a 4" barrel, it would very likely be the U. S. version chambered in .38 Special. V 377915 probably shipped from S&W around August 1943. See more details at:

Based on factory letters of nearby serial numbers, you revolver was shipped in Aug 1943.
