Question Part for 1950 44 Target

Where to look for a hand for the above revolver? My gunsmith is a good Smith man and said it should be replaced.
thanks,

I'm surprised he does not already have some on hand!! Hands come in sizes form .092 upward to .099. You need to know the size you have so you can determine the size you need. My suggestion is to get one .002 larger than the one you have. Generally, they just come standard and oversize, so you can get anything from .095 up if you buy oversize. My experience is that if you buy from MidwayUSA, you will get mostly .099 hands and then have to fit, and they are very hard. Brownells also sell them. Sometimes both are out of stock. It's an N frame and will use the same hands that are made today.

Bob, go to Brownells for a New one. Your gunsmith should have plenty of sources to get one.
