Value of m.1903 .32
I am raising money for a project ... considering liquidating an item or two.
Please take a look at this worn but functional vintage .32 long small frame revolver. I would appreciate input as to the value.
The bore is bright but not perfect , grips are not original. The serial will enable the better informed readers regarding the age of the gun.
I have not decided whether or not to part with this great little shooter ; I would like to factor value into the decision making process.
Welcoming feedback ,
Charles aka Waveski

Hi Charles,
That's actually a .32 Hand Ejector Third Model, from about 1920-21; newer than a Model 1903. Therefore has a heat treated cyl for extra strength which began at s/n 321000 in 1920.
Since it's just a shooter the heat treatment and the non-original, but much improved post war Mini Magna grips from the early 1950s are pluses. I would also value it at $300, maybe $325.

I got some of those that I have been thinking about selling, but I wanted to shoot all my ammo before selling . . . . I think I better get to the range before the values go down!!

I would much rather have a Mod 10 in 38 special, I like beaters but I don't want 50 calibers
